A |     MEXICO CITY -- Venezuela’s government and opposition will resume their dialogue, mediated by Norway, with talks scheduled for Tuesday in Barbados, Norway’s embassy in Mexico said Monday in a brief statement posted to the platform X.Mexico hosted multiple rounds of talks in 2021 and 2022. 8月18日，唐山海森电子股份有限公司工作人员正在对淋灌机器人进行检测。日报记者 张 晶摄“每到灌溉季，我们从早忙到晚，一天最多浇五六亩地。”郑启光介绍，听说这台机器人不仅能自己认路自己走，还能实现水肥一体化施用，他赶紧过来摸摸底。这台机器人喷淋臂展开达30米，别看个头不小，干的可都是精细活儿。依托北斗导航系统与自动驾驶技术，它可自动规划最优路线、智能识别避让障碍物，直线行走误差仅1厘米；轮距可灵活调节，穿行田间不伤秧苗。操作人员依托企业自主开发的农业数字化管理平台，下发作业指令，就能实现精准灌溉、科学施肥。监测数据显示，用上“浇地神器”，一亩地仅需用水25立方米就能保障作物生长需求，比传统大水漫灌模式节水一半以上。

C | 作为唐山本地企业，海森电子深耕农田灌溉领域二十余年。2015年，企业正式立项攻关，着手研发能“自己跑着浇地”的淋灌机器人。“我们坚持全流程自主研发，产品历经多轮迭代，攻克了自主作业、风力干扰、复杂地形适配、水肥药一体集成等一道道技术难关，累计取得国家专利18项。”公司政策研究室主任鲁志刚介绍，产品从只能收铺水管的简易设备，一步步打磨成了如今的全能型智能农机。设备过硬，配套服务也到位。海森电子不再局限于设备研发生产，还拓展出灌溉托管、全流程农事托管服务。农户和企业签订托管协议后，从浇水施肥到田间管护，全部交由专业团队负责。“购买灌溉托管服务，费用比自己雇人浇地还要划算。”农户郑启光计划，等今年小麦越冬灌溉时尝尝鲜。据介绍，在唐山，海森电子全流程农事托管面积达2万亩，灌溉托管服务覆盖耕地10万亩。目前，托管模式已推广到河南、山西等地。
